Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الكاريزمية لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة البلقاء، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (250) معلما تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تم تطوير استبانة اشتملت على (45) فقرة توزعت على سبعة مجالات في القيادة الكاريزمية : (امتلاك رؤية، التواصل، تلبية حاجات الأفراد، الإبداع والتجديد، المظاهر الشخصية، إثارة الدافعية نحو العمل، البيئة المدرسية)، و توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ان درجة ممارسة القيادة الكاريزمية لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين في محافظة البلقاء جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة على جميع المجالات وعلى الاستبانة ككل.
كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=a) تعزى لمتغيري الجنس و المؤهل العلمي، بينما توجد فروق دالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=a) لذوي الخبرة 10 سنوات فأكثر بين متوسطات تقديرات العينة على الدرجة الكلية للمقياس تعزى لسنوات الخبرة.
و أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة تدريب المعلمين من جميع فئات الخبرات التعليمية خصوصا من ذوي الخبرات الأقل من 10 سنوات، و أصحاب المؤهلات العلمية على مفاهيم القيادة الكاريزمية.
English Abstract
The study aims to identify the degree of charismatic leadership practiced by school principals in Al-Balqa Governorate from the teacher’s perspective.
The study sample consists of (250) teachers who were chosen randomly.
The descriptive survey approach was selected to achieve the study's goal.
A questionnaire was developed including (45) items distributed over seven categories of charismatic leadership:(Communication, personal appearances, stimulating motivation, meeting the needs of individuals, school environment, creativity and innovation, having a vision).
According to the findings of the study, the degree of charismatic leadership practice among school principals in Al-Balqa governorate reached a high level in all fields and among the questionnaire as whole.
The study's findings also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) due to gender and qualifications variables.
The study also found statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the averages of the sample estimates on the total degree of the scale due to the years of experience for those with 10 years of experience or more.
The study recommended that teachers of all levels of educational experience, as well as those with educational qualifications, must be trained in the concepts of charismatic leadership.
