Abstract EN

The current research aimed to know the relationship between the intelligent and language development for hard hearing pupils in primary stage, most importantly, recognizing the features of educationl right in Egypt, and recording problems which deter Egyptian legislations from addressing contemporary challenge the rights in Egypt, by using descriptive method.

the research sample consisting of (45) pupils, devided to (22) male and (23) female.

the researcher applied to the study groups the Stanford scale the fifth image and the examination of the expressed language growth scale, prepared by (Nahla al-Rifai 2011).

the results resulted in1- there are statistically significant differences between intelligent scale and total degree of language development scale for hard hearing pupils.

2- there are no statistically significant differences between the score of the male and female on scale of intelligent for hard hearing pupils.

3- -there are statistically significant differences between the score of the male and female on scale of language development for hard hearing pupils.
