Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to identify the level of satisfaction of parents of students with mental disabilities with the use of the distance learning system in the state of Kuwait.

the sample consisted of ninety-five (95) parents of students with mental disabilities for whom data collection was applied; the resolution consisted of three main axes: parents› satisfaction with school management; parents› satisfaction with the educational platform used; and education, as well as their satisfaction with the effectiveness of distance learning.

the results showed that most of them were moderately satisfied with school management and their preparations using distance learning to teach their children; the results of the study also showed that parents of students with mental disabilities were satisfied with the use of the educational platforms used for distance learning to a high degree; the study also found that parents of students with mental disabilities were satisfied with the effectiveness of the distance learning system; finally, the results show that there are no statistically significant differences between parents› satisfaction with the three axes.
