Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء درجة امتلاك الكفايات الرقمية لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء ناعور، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (322) معلما ومعلمة في مديرية تربية لواء ناعور، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، و لجمع البيانات استخدمت استبانة تكونت من أربعة مجالات فرعية ؛ الكفايات الحاسوبية العامة و كفايات استخدام شبكة الإنترنت و كفايات توظيف الوسائط الإلكترونية و التقنيات الحديثة في العملية التعليمية و الكفايات المتعلقة بمهام المدير إلكترونيا و تكونت من (48) فقرة، و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن درجة امتلاك المديرين للكفايات الرقمية جاءت متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (2.85) و انحراف معياري (0.57) حيث جاء مجال الكفايات الحاسوبية العامة في المرتبة الأولى بينما جاء مجال كفايات توظيف الوسائط الإلكترونية و التقنيات الحديثة في المرتبة الأخيرة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للجنس على الدرجة الكلية و مجالاتها باستثناء مجال كفايات استخدام شبكة الإنترنت حيث جاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، كما بينت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة امتلاك الكفايات الرقمية لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء ناعور باختلاف متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة على الدرجة الكلية و على الأبعاد جميعها باستثناء بعد الكفايات المتعلقة بمهام المدير إلكترونيا حيث جاءت الفروق لصالح فئة ذوي الخبرة (أقل من 5 سنوات)، كما بينت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة امتلاك الكفايات الرقمية لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء ناعور باختلاف متغير السلطة المشرفة على الدرجة الكلية و على الأبعاد جميعها و لصالح القطاع الخاص، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للتفاعل الثلاثي بين متغيرات الدراسة و التفاعلات الثنائية باستثناء التفاعل الثنائي بين النوع الاجتماعي و سنوات الخبرة إذ أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة امتلاك الكفايات الرقمية لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة المعلمين في لواء ناعور على الدرجة الكلية و على الأبعاد جميعها، باستثناء مجال "كفايات توظيف الوسائط الإلكترونية .وتوصي الدراسة المسؤولين بعقد المزيد من الدورات والورش التدريبية للمديرين التي تعنى بتطوير الكفايات الرقمية لديهم بصورة فاعلة و شاملة.

English Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the degree possession of digital competencies among school principals from the Teachers’ Perspective in Naour district.

A sample of 322 teachers from both gender was selected, Descriptive approach survey method was used and to collect A questionnaire with four sub-competencies: general computer competencies, competencies for using the Internet, competencies for employing digital media and modern technologies in the educational process and competencies related to the tasks of the manager digitally it includes (48) paragraph.

The results of the study showed that the degree of possession of digital competencies by managers was medium with mean (2.85) and SD (0.57), as the field of general computer competencies came in the first place, while the field of competencies for employing digital media and modern technologies came in the last place, and it also found that there were no statistically significant differences due to gender on the total score and its domains, except for the field of Internet use competencies, where the differences were in favor of females, and the results also showed that there were no significant statistical differences in the degree of possession of digital competencies among school principals from The Teachers’ Perspective in Na'our district according to the variable; number of years of experience on the total score and on all dimensions except for the dimension of competencies Related to the tasks of the manager digitally, and it also found that there are significant statistical differences in the degree of possession of digital competencies by school principals from the Teachers’ Perspective in Naour District, according to the variable of the supervising authority on the total score and on All dimensions in favor of private sector.

The results also showed that there was no significant statistical effect of the triple interaction between the study variables and the 2-way interactions, with the exception of the 2-way interaction between gender and years of experience.
