Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة القيادة الملهمة لدى مديري المدارس في لواء الجامعة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، و تم تطوير استبانة لهذا الغرض بعد التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) معلما و معلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية و شكلوا ما نسبته (4%)، و أظهرت نتائج الدارسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الملهمة لدى مديري المدارس في لواء الجامعة من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة (مرتفعة)، و جاء (الثقة بالنفس) بالمرتبة الأولى و بدرجة ممارسة مرتفعة، و مجال (الرؤية المستقبلية) بالمرتبة الثانية و بدرجة ممارسة مرتفعة، و في المرتبة الثالثة مجال (الاعتراف بالمدير الملهم كأداة تغيير) و بدرجة ممارسة مرتفعة، و حل في المرتبة الرابعة مجال (التفكير المبني على المخاطر) و بدرجة ممارسة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزي إلى الجنس على الدرجة الكلية و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مجال (الرؤية المستقبلية) و كانت الفروق لصالح الإناث، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية نعزى إلى المؤهل العلمي و سنوات الخبرة، كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى السلطة المشرفة على جميع المجالات و على الدرجة الكلية و لصالح القطاع الخاص، و أوصت الدراسة بتشجيع مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية على توفير الوسائل المبتكرة في مدارسهم التي تساعدهم و تدعم التغيير و التطوير و التحسين في المدرسة، و إشراك المعلمين في صياغة الأهداف و رسم الخطط الاستراتيجية من قبل مديري المدارس.

English Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the degree of inspiring leadership practice among school principals in the university district from the teachers’ point of view.

The study used the descriptive survey method, and a questionnaire was developed for this purpose after ensuring its validity and reliability.

The results of the study showed that the degree of inspirational leadership practice among school principals in the university district from the teachers’ point of view came with a (high) degree, and (self-confidence) ranked first, and with a high degree of practice, and the field of (future vision) ranked second and with a high degree of practice, and in the third rank was the field of (recognizing it as a tool for a change) with a high degree of practice, and the field (risk-based thinking) came in fourth place with a high degree of practice.

The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to the gender in the total degree and the presence of statistically significant differences in the field of (future vision), and the differences were in favor of females.

The results indicate statistically significant differences attributable to the supervisory authority in all fields and the overall degree and in favor of the private sector.

The study recommended encouraging school principals to provide innovative means in their schools that help them and support change, development, and improvement in the school, and to involve teachers in formulating goals and drawing strategic plans by school principals.
