هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس الخاصة في تحقيق الهدف الرابع من أهداف التنمية المستدامة من وجهة نظر المعلمين في العاصمة عمان، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الكمي الوصفي، وتم تطوير استبانة لهذا الغرض والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها.
تكونت عينة الدراسة من 501 معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور مديري المدارس الخاصة في تحقيق الهدف الرابع من أهداف التنمية المستدامة من وجهة نظر المعلمين في العاصمة عمان جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (a=0.05) في دور مديري المدارس الخاصة في تحقيق الهدف الرابع من أهداف التنمية المستدامة تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح المعلمين الحاصلين على درجة البكالوريوس، ولمتغير الخبرة لصالح المعلمين ذوي الخبرة 5-10 سنوات، وأوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات وورش عمل دورية لنشر وعي مديري المدارس بمتطلبات توظيف الهدف الرابع للتنمية المستدامة وضمان تفعيله في المدارس الأردنية، ووضع خطط تحويلية شاملة وقابلة للتحقيق وتطويرها لتعزيز قدرات مديري المدارس على تنفيذ الهدف الرابع المتمثل في توفير تعليم جيد وعادل وشامل للجميع، وتوحيد جهود كافة المسؤولين بوزارة التربية والتعليم لتنفيذ الهدف الرابع.
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of private school principals in achieving the fourth goal of sustainable development goals from the point of view of teachers in the capital, Amman.
The study used the quantitative descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was developed for this purpose and to ensure its validity and reliability.
The study sample consisted of 501 male and female teachers who were selected by simple random method.
The results of the study showed that the role of private school principals in achieving the fourth goal of the sustainable development goals from the point of view of teachers in the capital Amman came to a high degree.
The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) in the role of the principal according to the gender variable in favor of males, and according to the educational qualification variable, where the superiority of teachers who obtained Bachelor's degree for postgraduate teachers, and according to the variable of experience where teachers with 5-10 years of experience outperform teachers with more than 10 years of experience, The study recommended holding periodic courses and workshops to spread the awareness of school principals of the requirements for employing the fourth goal of sustainable development and ensuring its activation in Jordanian schools, and to develop comprehensive and achievable transformational plans and develop them to enhance the capabilities of school principals to implement the effective fourth goal of providing quality, equitable and inclusive education for all, and unifying efforts All officials of the Ministry of Education to implement the fourth goal.
