Arabic Abstract

يتمثل الهدف الرئيس للدراسة في التعرف إلى درجة تأثير العوامل الخارجية والداخلية في الأداء المهني للإعلاميات العراقيات العاملات في مختلف قطاعات الإعلام في جمهورية العراق.

ولهذا الغرض فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي بأداة الاستبانة، حيث وزعت إلكترونيا على عينة عشوائية من الإعلاميات العراقيات بلغت (202) مفردة.

كان من أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: 1.

للعوامل الخارجية تأثير مرتفع على الأداء المهني للإعلاميات العراقيات مثل العامل السياسي المرتبط بالسلطة والرقابة والقوانين والتشريعات.

أو من خلال الضغوط الاجتماعية، أو الضغوط الاقتصادية.

2.

للعوامل الداخلية تأثير مرتفع على الأداء المهني للإعلاميات العراقيات مثل فرص التدريب، والرضا الوظيفي، والسياسة التحريرية، والعدل في المردود الوظيفي، وملاءمة مكان العمل، والإدارة.

3.

بينت نتائج الفرضيات وجود تأثير للعامل الاقتصادي وفقا لعدد سنوات الخبرة في العمل، وعدم وجود تأثير للعامل السياسي وفقا لنوع مؤسسة العمل، وعدم وجود تأثير للعامل الاجتماعي / الثقافي وفقا للعمر، وعدم وجود تأثير للعوامل الداخلية وفقا للتأهيل التعليمي، وعدم وجود فروق بين العوامل الخارجية (مجتمعة) والعوامل الداخلية (مجتمعة).

English Abstract

The main objective of the study is to identify the degree of influence of external and internal factors on the professional performance of Iraqi female journalists working in various media sectors in the Republic of Iraq.

For this purpose, the descriptive survey method was used using the e-questionnaire tool, which was distributed to a random sample of (202) items of Iraqi female journalists.

The most important results of the study were the following: 1.

External factors have a high impact on the professional performance of Iraqi female journalists, such as the political factor related to authority, censorship, laws and legislation, social pressures, economic pressures.

The internal factors have a high impact on the professional performance of Iraqi female journalists such as training opportunities, job satisfaction, editorial policy, fairness in job returns, suitability for the workplace, and management.

The results of the hypotheses showed an influence of the economic factor according to the number of years of work experience, no influence of the political factor according to the type of work institution, no influence of the social/cultural factor according to age, no influence of internal factors according to educational qualification, no differences between the factors External (combined) and internal factors (combined).
