Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على كلفة الرسوم الدراسية لبعض المدارس الخاصة الأردنية في محافظة العاصمة عمان ومقدار فعاليتها ونسبة فعالية الكلفة في هذه المدارس للصف الرابع الأساسي ومقارنتها مع مدارس أخرى، والتعرف على متوسطات فعالية كلفة الرسوم الدراسية للصف الرابع الأساسي للمدارس الخاصة حسب متغيرات الرسوم الدراسية، والجنس، والصفوف، واللواء، وعدد الطلاب في المدرسة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 173 مدرسة خاصة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وبدأت الإجراءات الفعلية بتحديد متطلبات الدراسة من بيانات ومعلومات وآلية جمعها كالرسوم الدراسية ونتائج الاختبار الوطني، حيث تم جمعها عن طريق نماذج لجمع المعلومات منها: وزارة التربية والتعليم للحصول على نتائج الاختبار الوطني، والاتصال الهاتفي، والمنشورات، والزيارات لمعرفة أسعار الرسوم التعليمية، والأبون أمس وهو قاعدة بيانات وزارة التربية والتعليم للوصول لبيانات المدارس كالأعداد، والصفوف، واللواء، وجنس الطلبة، وأظهرت النتائج أن إجمالي كلفة الرسوم الدراسية للطلبة في 173 مدرسة 200062 دينارا أردنيا، وهذا يعني أن متوسط كلفة العينة 1156 دينارا، وبلغ إجمالي معدلات تحصيل الطلبة في هذه المدارس بالاختبار الوطني 12169.75 علامة، وهذا يعني أن معدل تحصيل الطلبة في العينة 70.34%، وبلغت فعالية الكلفة بالدينار الأردني لكل علامة 16.44 دينارا، وقد أوصت الدراسة بإجراء نفس الدراسة على عينة مدن ومناطق أخرى، وعلى متغيرات أخرى كالبرامج التعليمية التي تشترك بها مجموعة من المدارس، واعتماد نتائج هذا البحث عند مفاضلة أولياء أمور الطلبة بين المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان حيث كان البحث يمثل 173 مدرسة، وبلغ متوسط فعالية الكلفة بالدينار الأردني لكل علامة 16.44 دينارا، بحيث يمكن ضرب معدل علامات المدرسة في الاختبار الوطني بمتوسط فعالية الكلفة، والناتج يقارن بالمبلغ الفعلي لرسوم المدرسة، كما توصي الدراسة بإجراء دراسة مشابهة لهذه الدارسة تقيس فعالية الكلفة في المدارس الحكومية.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the cost of tuition fees for some Jordanian private schools in the capital Amman governorate, the amount of their effectiveness, and the cost-effectiveness ratio in these schools for the fourth grade of primary school, and their comparison with other schools.

And to identify the average cost-effectiveness of tuition fees for the fourth grade of private schools according to the variables of tuition fees, gender, grades, district, and number of students in the school, and the descriptive analytical approach was used.

Determining the study requirements, including data and information, and the mechanism for collecting them, such as tuition fees and national test results, It was collected through forms for collecting information, including: the Ministry of Education to obtain the results of the national test, telephone communication, publications, and visits to find out the prices of educational fees, and OpenMS, which is the database of the Ministry of Education to access school data such as numbers, grades, district, and students’ gender, The results showed that the total cost of tuition fees for students in 173 schools was 200062 Jordanian dinars, and this means that the average cost of the sample was 1156 dinars, and the total rates of student achievement in these schools in the national test amounted to 12169.75 marks, which means that the student achievement rate in the sample was 70.34%, and the effectiveness of The cost in Jordanian dinars for each mark is 16.44 dinars, and the study recommended conducting the same study on a sample of other cities and regions.

And on other variables such as educational programs in which a group of schools participate, and the adoption of the results of this research when differentiating parents of students between private schools in the capital Amman governorate, where the research represented 173 schools, and the average cost-effectiveness in Jordanian dinars for each mark was 16.44 dinars, so that the rate can be multiplied The school marks in the national test with an average cost-effectiveness, and the outcome is compared to the actual amount of school fees.

The study also recommends conducting a study similar to this study that measures cost-effectiveness in public schools.
