Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة الرقمية من قبل مديري المدارس الخاصة في العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد اتبعت المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (405) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الخاصة في العاصمة عمان، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الرقمية من قبل مديري المدارس الخاصة مرتفعة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي)، في حين كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح 10 سنوات فأكثر، وكان من أهم توصيات الدراسة ما يأتي: -اعتماد مؤشرات ومعايير الجمعية الدولية للتكنولوجيا في التعليم لقادة المدارس.
-توفير احتياجات المدرسة من البنية التحتية الرقمية، وعمل فرق تعمل على تدريب المعلمين على استخدامها.
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of digital leadership practice by private school principals in the capital, Amman, from the teachers’ point of view, and it followed the descriptive approach.
The study sample consisted of )405( teachers from private schools in Amman.
The results of the study found that the degree of digital leadership practice by private school principals was high., and there are no statistically significant differences due to the variables (gender, educational qualification,), While there were statistically significant differences due to the variable years of experience in favor of 10 years or more.
Among the most important recommendations of the study are the following: -Adopting the indicators and standards of the International Society for Technology in Education for school leaders.
-Providing the school’s needs for digital infrastructure, and working teams to train teachers to use it.
