تتناول هذه الورقة مراجعة الأدب في موضوع إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية و إدارة المعرفة من خلال تتبع الأدبيات التي تناولت الموضوع موضوعيا و زمنيا و رقميا، كما تتطرق إلى المؤتمرات و ورش العمل التي تداولت دراسات ناقشته بحثيا، بالإضافة إلى استعراض اهم مترادفات الموضوع اللغوية، و تتبعها رقميا في قواعد بيانات و محركات بحث مختارة باللغتين العربية و الإنجليزية.
Abstract EN
This paper presents a literature review on the topic of Business Processes re-engineering and Knowledge Management by tracing the literature that addressed the topic thematically, chronologically and numerically.
