Sonetiwr the contractor is exposed to cireumstanees that preuent him from carrying out obligatim solt, such as furbidding insolvency whie causes a defect in the implementation at the contract as well.

Certain effects ther cast a shadow on the contractor and the employer, and the personal implementation of the contractor in the Iraqi civil law differs from Islamic jurisprudence in terms of scope and judgment, which is what we discussed in this research paper through the comparison between them.
