Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to conduct an analytical comparison between the genocide experience against native American communities and Arab people of Palestine in terms of political analogy, namely the political similarity across spatial and time in the two cases.

the study focused on the common judeo-christian theological interpretation of "promised land" as an intellectual, religious and historical thrust for complete hegemonic expansion and acquisitions.

the philosophy of full domination has justified various soft as well as coarse coercive tools and approaches, including physical liquidation, forced displacement, controlling territory and enforcing demographic change.

more importantly, genocide implementations have aimed at the abolition of the heritage and cultural legacies of the indigenous existing component.

the study found out a set of commonalities between the cases of genocide of the native Americans and the Palestinian people in the theoretical and cultural perspective.

in addition, despite the temporal and geographical gaps between the two experiments, both sides were exposed to similar attempts to legitimize their occupation, systematic murder and forced deportation through a wide range of institutional legislation and jurisprudence coated with democracy, human rights and the independence of the judiciary.

the study concluded by extracting a deductive scientific explanation from the extrapolation of similar events in both cases in accordance with the super-national strategic entanglement within the framework of the power theory as presented by the realist school in international relations.
