then he spoke about the concept of conjugating the word (Mastoor) with the words of Jarh or Tadeel, then he explained the ruling on the narration of the Mastoor associated with the words of Jarh or Tadheed, then he mentioned examples of scholars’ sayings in which the word (Mastoor) was paired with the words of Jarh or Tadeel.
