This research sheds light on the political system in jordan, which settle the constitution and its explicit texts that define the nature of the system of government as a parliamentary, hereditary, and royal regime and that the nation is a source of powers.

this jordanian political system established the presence of three authorities : (the legislative, executive and judicial authority), consolidated the principle of a balanced and flexible separation of powers, cooperation and mutual control between them, and all political trends and spectra represented.
