Malaysia is one of the countries whose people consist of many religions, nationalities, sects and languages that have affected the social fabric of the state.

this diversity and the democratic system of state policy had an important impact on building the state and its institutions through its organizational structure represented by the three authorities divided into two levels of government, which tried to find ways to contain this diversity through its institutional system, which embodied the bonds of its success through its well-established style in democracy and the equitable distribution of powers and competencies, which guarantees the rights of all, because federalism gives a fair and successful division, both at the federal and local levels, and thus gives a reflection on the nature of the political and social system in the state and the positive impact of federalism on the nature of this system.
