Abstract EN

This research included a conflict between two rulings, namely scarring and dislike, among the rulings of Sharia according to the public are: duty, recommendation, prohibition, dislike, and permissibility.

In this research, I started with the linguistic and terminological definition of scarring and dislike, then I illustrated the issue, and its form is that a ruling from among the rulings requested by the Lawgiver is rejected in a non-conclusive manner, but this ruling contradicts and intersects with another ruling.

The Lawgiver asked him to leave him on hate, I edited the subject of the dispute in it, then mentioned the sayings in the matter and the evidence for each saying, and followed the opinion of Imam Al-Juwayni in it, then I came with three branches that are extracted according to the original from the book Nihayat Al-Muttalib and explained the sayings of the scholars in them and the evidence for each saying, then I followed the opinion of Imam al-Juwayni in those branches, then I appended the search by indexing the sources and references.
