The active powers in the global strategic environment are trying hard to employ the tools and vocabulary of their force to assume a regional or international position or to continue domination in the international system, and among these tools are the currency of the state and make it global; therefore, the dollar was the global currency recognized by most countries of the world, and although the euro and the yuan are rivals of the dollar, they cannot catch up and influence the status of the dollar, but at present, many countries are seeking to weaken the dollar based on the competition and conflict between these actors.
