Gratitude, Forgiveness and Quality of life among a Sample of University students in Jeddah, also identify the difference between male and female in study variables, and investigate the predictive ability of Gratitude and Forgiveness in Prediction of Quality of life.

A random sample of (378) of University students in Jeddah with an age range between (19-25) years.

Three measures were administered; Gratitude scale, Forgiveness scale, and Quality of life scale.

The descriptive approach was used.

The results indicated that a positive relation between Gratitude and Quality of Life, also a positive relation between Forgiveness and Quality of Life among a Sample of University students female are higher than male in all study variables, and there was a predictive ability of Gratitude and Forgiveness in Prediction of Quality of life.

The study recommended supporting preventive programs to improve the quality of life, and spreading the principles of positive psychology such as Gratitude and Forgiveness.
