The aim of the research is to know the effect of a proposed training program in light of 21st century skills to develop the professional competence of Female science teachers and its impact on developing productive thinking skills Among Students of Sixth Grade.

To achieve this goal, two approaches were used: the descriptive and analytical method, and the experimental curriculum with a quasi-experimental design.

The results concluded that the general average of professional Efficacy for science teachers as a whole is (3.24), meaning that the level of availability of professional Efficacy is average.

The results also found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the grade averages between degrees of science teachers at the elementary level in both the pre and post application of the professional Efficacy, in favor of the post application.

In addition, the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the productive thinking test, in favor of the experimental group.

In addition, the size of the effect of the independent variable, "the proposed training program, " on "professional Efficacy, productive thinking skills" is large.
