Abstract EN

The research aimed to identify the difference of two levels of Intelligent voice chat bot (limited/ expanded) with personal learning environment and measure their effect on treating audio- overlapping difficulties for non-native Arabic learners and cultural intelligence.

The main research experiment has been applied on a sample of third year non-native Arabic learners at the Faculty of Arts, Tanta University, using the experimental design.

The sample consists of 50 male and female students who have been randomly divided into two equally numbered experimental groups: the first experimental group studies according to limited voice chat bot whereas the second studies according to expanded voice chat bot.

Study tools have included diagnosis test of audio- overlapping difficulties for non-native Arabic learners, a test of audio- overlapping difficulties and a cultural intelligence scale.

After conducting the experiment and analyzing the data statistically, the research findings are as follow: there is a difference between students' grades averages in the two groups concerning the pre and post scales of audio- overlapping difficulties test and cultural intelligence scale in favor of the post measurement.

In so doing, personal learning environment based on the two levels of Intelligent voice chat bot has a positive effect in treating audio- overlapping difficulties and cultural intelligence.

The findings also indicate that there are statistically - significant differences between the two experimental groups in the post application of audio- overlapping difficulties test in favor of the second experimental group that has studied according to the expanded voice chat bot in all dimensions and the effect size ranged from 0.41 to 0.74, which is a massive effect.

The findings have shown differences between the two experimental groups in the post measurement of cultural intelligence scale significantly in all dimensions and total score in the direction of expanded voice chat bot and the effect size has ranged from 0.14 to 0.38, which is a massive effect.

The research recommends the necessity of directing personal environment designers should design the learning environment based on diverse levels and patterns of intelligent voice chat bot to consider learners' individual disparities/ differences.
