Abstract AR
جودة التعليم هي عملية إدارية تهتم بمجموعة من المعايير و القرارات و القيام بتنفيذها بهدف التحسين المستمر للعملية التعليمية، تحديد مستوي رضا الطلاب و الخريجين له أهمية كبري في تحديد اتجاهاته السلبية و الإيجابية نحو تخصصه الدراسي و من ثم دافعيته نحو التعلم و العمل بهذا المجال الفني بوجه عام، حيث يهدف البحث إلي قياس رضا خريجي قسم التربية الفنية، بكلية التربية النوعية، جامعة أسيوط عن جودة الدراسة بالقسم و ارتباطها بسوق العمل، علي طريق تطوير جانب مهم من جوانب التعليم الجامعي المتمثل في تعليم الفن التشكيلي.
و اتبع البحث المنهج التجريبي، من خلال تصميم إستبيان-كأداة لقياس رضا خريجي القسم- متفرعا لعدة محاور هي: ( الأول: جودة المقررات الدراسية و التدريب الميداني، الثاني: جودة الخبرات الفنية و الحياتية المكتسبة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس و معاونيهم، الثالث: جودة الخريج و قدرته في الحصول علي فرص عمل، الرابع: جودة سمعة القسم الأكاديمية، و الخامس: الإنتماء و الولاء للقسم)، وتم تطبيقه علي عينة عشوائية تكونت من (350 خريج؛ و أظهرت النتائج بعد المعالجات الإحصائية أن آراء العينة في استجابتهم عن (المحور الأول للإستبيان) إتجهت إلى عدم رضاهم كإستجابة لعبارات المحور، و عن (المحور الثاني و الثالث و الرابع و الخامس) تبين أن آراء العينة إتجهت إلى رضاهم لحد ما كإستجابة لعبارات المحاور.
ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات العينة حول الإستبيان وفقا للنوع (ذكور- إناث) لصالح الإناث، و عدم وجود فروق لصالح (التحصيل الأكاديمي) في متوسط الإستجابات على الإستبيان، كذلك توجد مشكلات تواجه خريجي قسم التربية الفنية عند التقدم للحصول علي فرصة عمل.
وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات و المقترحات بناء علي آراء و مقترحات الخريجين بالإستبيان، لتحسين جودة الدراسة في فسم التربية الفنية بوجه خاص، و مؤسسات التعليم العالي بوجه عام.
Abstract EN
The research is looking at the quality of the study in the Art Education Department, College of Specific Education, University of Assiut, and its connection with the labor market.
The research followed the experimental method, by designing a questionnaire - as a tool to measure the department's graduates' satisfaction - with several axes: (The first: the quality of the courses and field training, the second: the quality of technical and life experiences gained from faculty members and their assistants, the third: the quality of the graduate and his ability to obtain Ali job opportunities, the fourth: the quality of the department's academic reputation, and the fifth: belonging and loyalty to the department), the research sample consisted of (350 graduates; the results after statistical treatments showed that the response to (the first axis of the questionnaire) shows their dissatisfaction as a response For the axis statements, and (the second, third, fourth and fifth axis) shows their satisfaction to some extent, and there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample responses according to gender (males - females) in favor of females, and no differences in favor of (Academic achievement), there are also problems facing the graduates when applying for a job opportunity.
Considering these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions based on the opinions and suggestions of Graduates by the questionnaire, to improve the quality of study in the Department of Art Education in particular, and higher education institutions in general.
