This research aims، on the one hand، to demonstrate the extreme importance that each of the Islamic Sharia and positive law attaches to the principle of the right to life ، and on the other hand، this research seeks to clarify each of the controls and rules that were determined by both Islamic law and positive law in order to establish the right to life.

On the other hand، this research seeks to identify the aspects of agreement and difference between both Islamic law and the positive law of the right to life، through which they aim to achieve the accumulation of human production to achieve coexistence to guarantee the right to life.
