Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the level of psychological burnout among the professors of Sana’a University in light of the armed conflicts in Yemen.

The study sample consisted of (104) faculty members The tool was built, and the descriptive-analytical approach was used, and the results of the study showed that university professors suffer from psychological exhaustion at a very high level in the overall score of the scale and its subdimensions, where the emotional dimension is.

Tension came in the first place, and after feelings of slackening towards others ranked second, and finally after lack of sense of personal achievement and performance ranked third, and there were no statistically significant differences according to the study variables, namely: (gender, academic degree, teaching experience, marital status, number of family members, salary).

In light of the results, the study presented a number of relevant recommendations and suggestions
