Abstract EN

Exclamation is the basis of every agitation, so it accompanies all emotions.

The research studied some states of emotion expressed by verbal responses in the Qur'anic story, and analyzed them linguistically and psychologically on the basis of the descriptive analytical approach.

The research began with (defining agitation and its types), followed by talking about (means of expressing agitation), and defining (exclamation emotion), followed by an analysis of verbal responses that express the emotion of wonder and another agitation.

The research ends with a conclusion to mention the most important results, followed by a list of sources and references.

The study reached results, the most important of which were : the multiplicity of emotions expressed by a single verbal response, and sometimes the excited person expresses his emotion in more than one way, Sometimes the intensity of the emotion associated with the exclamation emotion is so strong that the sense of exclamation weakens in the verbal response.

And the response is either rational or emanating from ignorance.

As for rationality, it includes respect and lack of decision-making when emotional, while we find the ignorant person making a big and dangerous decision while he is in a state of intense emotion, in addition to the lack of politeness in his words Each verbal response has linguistic features that differ according to the emotions it expresses.
