Abstract EN

This research aims to demonstrate the legal and legal rooting of the exercise of the right in the principle of freedom of expression through Islamic jurisprudence in all its various types and branches, as well as positive law in all its various forms and types, in order to ensure its practice in a manner that takes into account the purposes of protecting the security of states and the rights of individuals, as well as clarifying aspects of agreement and difference between Sharia Islamic and statutory law with regard to guaranteeing freedom of expression.
