There is no doubt that the embedding legislation in the status of controversial issues in jurisprudence came to preserve the rights of consumers' money as well as their legitimate interests, as it was a remedy for the harm inflicted on them as a result of the negligence of manufacturers and workers and their negligence in preserving people's money and belongings.

The assurance is also considered as a rebuke to the aggressors of the manufacturers who have been proven responsible for wasting the consumers' items, or for violating the terms of the manufacturing contract in terms of quantity, color, quality, purpose and others, and thus this assurance was an important mechanism of protection for the general consumers.
