اشتمل هذه التقييد على نصوص مهمة في حكم لعن يزيد بن معاويـة و اختلاف العلماء فيه، ما بين مصرح بلعنه كالسعد التفتازاني، و ابن الجوزي، و رافض للعنه كالإمام أبي حـامد الغزالي رحمه الله، و كذلك الإمام النووي، و الإمام أحمد بن حنبل، وابن حجر الهيتمي، ثم الشيخ السمهودي، بينما اختار العلامة الكامل بن الهمام التوقف فيه، و أن الأمر يرجع فيه إلى الله تعالى، كما أن هناك من أجاز اللعن على وجه العموم كلعنة الله على الظالمين، دون تعيينه باسـمـه و قد نقل الشيخ جعفر الكتاني بعض النصوص الوارد في هذه المسألة، راجيا بذلك الإسهام في التقليل من الجدل الوارد في الموضوع.
Abstract EN
This article examines the issue of cursing Yazid bin Muawiyah in Islamic jurisprudence and the differing opinions of various scholars on the matter.
Some, such as Sa'd al-Din al-Tiftazani and Ibn al-Jawzi, permitted the cursing of Yazid, while others, such as Imam Abu Hamid al-Ghazali, Imam al-Nawawi, Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal and Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani, refused to do so.
Sheikh al-Samhudi took a sim ilar stance, while al-Kamil bin al-Hamam believed that the matter should be left to Allah Almighty.
Some scholars authorised cursing in general terms, citing Allah's curse on oppressors without specifically naming Yazid.
Sheikh Ja'far al-Kattani, in an effort to reduce the controversy surrounding the issue, cited some of the rele vant texts.
