Abstract EN

This research attempted to study the rulings of jihad and the jurisprudence of the Maliki school of thought, by presenting the concept of jihad for them and detouring to some of its rulings, theoretical foundations, and purposes for them, because jihad is a creative means of calling to Islam; Therefore, there are hardly any disagreements regarding jihad, rather the Maliki phrases about it are almost in agreement with the rest of the doctrines of scholars, as the transfer of consensus conveyed their consensus that the jihad of demand is a communal obligation on Muslims, and their audience is that this obligation is every year; It is one of the public interests of the nation that must be established by the nation in general, just as it is a sin in general by obstructing it and not carrying it out, such as teaching knowledge, establishing the pilgrimage, enjoining good and forbidding evil.

Among the evidence of the agreement of the Islamic scholars' statement regarding jihad is that it did not raise a problem for them, and they did not see anything in it that calls for justification or argument, as it is among the primitives of the mind and the postulates of transmission.
