The aim of the research is to monitor the most important problems of educational supervision in the Palestinian society, and the requirements for confronting them.

The analytical descriptive approach was used to monitor the dimensions of the subject through research literature and previous studies related to the subject.

The research mentioned the concept of educational supervision, and its objectives, importance, principles, and the system of educational supervision in Palestinian education, Also the professional fields in Palestine and its instructions in Palestinian education were reviewed.

As well as the most important problems facing educational supervision in the Palestinian society, including internal problems related to (the educational supervisor, the school director, students, the teacher, time, the Ministry of Education, and material problems).

and external problems including (the Zionist siege, political divisions, and others), as well as the requirements for facing the problems of educational supervision in the Palestinian society first by presenting the concept of requirements and then presenting the requirements for facing the problems of educational supervision in the Palestinian society.
