The concept of modernity has been subjected to a lot of debate and debate between Arab thinkers and critics.

Their views and attitudes on this concept have varied, and even this current moment continues to be subject to further shipping and expansion of its meaning, possibly due to location, the middle, and the angle of view taken by each researcher during his handling of the concept.

The attitudes and opinions of Arab intellectuals often come in the form of a resisting reaction against them, or against the slowing down of the Arab mind in the representation and assimilation of its achievements.

These attitudes can be confined to two currents : the current of modernity living within the margins and the current of accessing its internal structure, living modernity and its repercussions as experienced by the Westernists themselves.

Can we think, perhaps rule and acknowledge that Arab modernity is already at the point of burning and fading? What does Western modernity's output relate to what happens in the field of language philosophy and Arab heritage ?
