Abstract EN

This research is talking about the jurisprudential comparison between the Shafi'iah school of thought through the book (Al-Majmoo') by Al-Nawawi, and the school of Al Zahiriyyah through the book : (Al-Muhalla bi-Athar).

This research focused on its most important objectives, which are : bringing together the issue of Zakah upon jewelry between the two schools of thought, comparing them, and clarifying the aspects of disagreement between them, and making that in one place; To make it easier for researchers to benefit from and view them.

One of the most important reasons for choosing this topic was : to identify and highlight the origins of the Zähiriyyah school of thought; The fact that the researcher is in a Shafi'iah environment that does not relate to the Zahiriyyah school in general.

The research followed the comparative analytical inductive method.

Where I extrapolated and tracked the issues and sayings in the two schools of thought from the two books, discussed their evidence and weightings, compared the sayings and opinions with each other, and analyzed and highlighted the differences between those sayings.

The fact that the nature of the research is the issue of comparison.

This research proceeded through a plan that included (an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion), where the introduction included the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, the research objectives, its methodology, previous studies, the limits of the research, and its plan.

Then came the first topic in defining the two imams and their books, and the second topic in discussing the issue of Zakah upon jewelry in the two schools of thought, then the research concluded by mentioning the most important findings that it reached, and the most important suggestions and recommendations.

Then I appended this research by mentioning the general indexes of scientific research.
