The research deals with the issue of disciplinary responsibility for members of the judiciary under UAE law, in light of the judiciary's disciplinary provisions in the military judiciary and the federal judiciary, as well as defining this responsibility in comparative judges' laws.

The research focuses on determining the legal basis on which the disciplinary responsibility of members of the judiciary is based, whether that basis is based on the idea of a contract within the scope of public or private law, or on the legal texts contained in the Judges Law, or on the public service that the judge performs in the service of the judicial facility, and it has also been done.
