Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of technology in supporting the wheel of security and development.

The study was conducted on members of the Libyan community in the city of Benghazi, and the social survey method was used by the sample method, through the application of the cross-sample method of 100 individuals.

The study relied on a well-articulated questionnaire as a tool for the study and to achieve the objectives of this research.

It also used a number of statistical methods that are appropriate to the nature and type of data.

One of the most important findings of this study is that most of the community members were aware of the technology developments that occurred around them.

It was found that there are positive attitudes towards the importance of artificial intelligence and its effectiveness in improving and developing the business environment, saving time and effort, and developing solutions to complex and difficult problems.

I also concluded that the correct use of technology guarantees the realization of the right to non-discrimination, equality, and the right to privacy, which is a basic principle for the protection of human rights.

In light of the findings, the following recommendations can be made : - The need to provide and provide seminars and workshops on the importance of using artificial intelligence at work and its importance in the development of society.

To provide training courses in social institutions related to learning, mastering and using artificial intelligence in all aspects of life.

- The need to strengthen scientific research activities, and develop tools that help innovation, especially in the field of technology production and development.
