The Algerian legislator, through law No.

06-01 of February 20, 2006 related to the prevention and combating of corruption, sought to establish a legal support that supports measures aimed at preventing and reducing corruption crimes.

by strengthening the requirements of integrity, implementing the requirements of transparency in the management of the public and private sectors, and activating the imposition of responsibilities resulting from every behavior criminalized by the anti-corruption law; according to the law on prevention and combating corruption, the employee is considered to be the supposed pillar in various corruption-related crimes.

the concept of public employee has been expanded according to the text of article 2 thereof, thus highlighting the common element between corruption crimes, or as some consider it an assumed element that must be available for most corruption crimes, which we will address in this research paper.
