This article included the religious debate as a phenomenon specializes in discussing the disagreement between two sides under conditions and etiquettes to finish it, it know a notable spread through the 5th and 6th Hidjri century's in the geographical area of Andalusia between Islamic doctrines and especially the followers of Malikia and Dahiria where it been the debate under the historical method with following the factures of its boards, its most notable pioneers, its happenings and its analyses to reach to its most important starting point.
