تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف، عن الأوجه التي ساقها ابن كيران (1227 ه) في شرحه للمرشد المعين على الضروري من علوم الدين لعبد الواحد بن عاشر الأنصاري (ت 1041 ه)، لاختيار المغاربة للمذهب المالكي، وسر انتشاره بعد القرن الثاني الهجري، بالوقوف على العوامل الأساسية كالبيئة المغاربية، والرحلة الدينية والعلمية، والالتقاء بالإمام مالك بن أنس (ت 179 ه) المؤسس الذي صاغ المشروع وحملته، للدور الفاعل في هندسة ساحات التأثير، حيث عرف حركة مد وجزر بسبب التحالفات العقدية، وحسابات السياسة، ورهانات الصراع الطائفي والاثني، انتهت برسم الخريطة المذهبية، وانتصار السادة المالكية، الذين وظفوا مؤلفاتهم كالموطأ والمدونة، وخصائص مدرستها كالمرونة والوسطية والاعتدال.
وخلصنا بعد استقراء منهجي لتاريخ المنطقة وتحليل لأحداثها وتفاعلاتها إلى إبراز أهمية البيئة، والشخصية المغاربية في الحفاظ على المذهب ونشره، مستفيدة من كل أدوات الصراع المذهبي والإيديولوجي، والاثني والطائفي، والعلماء في الانتصار للمذهب المالكي.
حتى خارج رقعته الجغرافية ما يبقي التساؤل مفتوحا حول سر استمراره إلى اليوم..
Abstract EN
This study leads to the aspect of ibn Kiren (D 1227 AH) in his explanation of al-Murshid al-Mu'een for Abdul Wahid bin Asher al-Ansari (D 1040 AH), to choose Maghrebins for the maliki doctrine, and the secret of its spread after the second century ah, based on key factors and the meeting with Imam Malik Bin Anas (D 179 AH) who faced a struggle between sectarianism and ethnicity, finished with drawing a doctrine map and the victory of the Maliki who employed their inflated literature on doctrine, as the importance of the environment and the Maghreb character played a role in preserving the doctrine and spreading it, taking advantage of the sectarian and ideological struggle; this is what made it succed outside its geographical area, and the question is till asked about the secret of continuity.
