Abstract EN

This study aims at demonstrating the need to adopt the technological resources management by the industrial company in Algeria, as technology is the most important factor of production.

it reflects the creativity, the innovation, and the development of new products and methods, which would affect positively the company’s competitiveness, and develops the manufacturing capacity, which calls for adopting the production and technological partnership as an entry point for enriching and renewing these resources.

we have concluded that the studied companies had been adopting a policy to manage their technological resources in order to develop and renew their technologies, related either to products or methods, by adopting technological investment, and production and technological partnership, as well as training and rehabilitating the workers’ know-how, where they (the companies) were able to perform and achieve a leap in improving its manufacturing capacity.
