تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في عصر ما بعد جائحة 19-COVID لعينة من الدول في إفريقيا وآسيا، وذلك من خلال إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التكنولوجيا المالية تساهم في تعزيز الشمول المالي وتحوله إلى الشمول المالي الرقمي، الذي يلعب دورا مهما في التخفيف من الأثر الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لأزمة 19-COVID.
ومن ناحية أخرى فإن توسيع الوصول المالي للأسر ذات الدخل المنخفض والشركات الصغيرة يمكن أن يدعم انتعاشا أكثر شمولا.
وعلى الرغم من الإيجابيات التي توفرها هذه الإمكانيات التي تتمتع بها دول الدراسة في ظل جائحة 19-COVID إلا أنه في نفس الوقت من الممكن أن تسرع من مخاطر الاستبعاد المالي الموجودة مسبقا، كما تؤدي إلى مخاطر جديدة على قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية نفسه.
Abstract EN
This study aims to highlight the role that fintech plays in promoting financial inclusion in the post-COVID-19 era of a sample of countries in Africa and Asia, through an analytical descriptive approach.
the study found that fintech contributes to enhancing financial inclusion and its transformation into digital financial inclusion, which plays an important role in mitigating the economic and social impact of the COVID-19 crisis.
on the other hand, expanding financial access for low-income families and small businesses can support a more inclusive recovery.
despite the positives these possibilities offer under the COVID-19 pandemic, at the same time they can accelerate pre-existing financial exclusion risks and lead to new risks for the fintech sector itself.
