The study aimed to highlight the importance of e-learning to ensure the quality of accounting education by highlighting the advantages of using e-learning technologies to provide students with the necessary skills that are in line with the needs of the labor market, by measuring the extent to which different parties of the educational process recognize the impact of e-learning on the quality of accounting education.

the study concluded that, despite the impact of e-learning on students' qualifications and skills and its contribution to achieving quality in education, due to the lack of capabilities and absence of the necessary will, the university remained far from benefiting from the advantages of this type of education.
