Arbitration has become an alternative mode of dispute resolution in public procurement of its magnitude, but under the control of the judiciary, which has a role in the conduct of the arbitration dispute, and even after its end, by activating the subsequent control, in particular the direct control represented in the case of invalidity of the arbitral award on the basis of the grounds, procedures and aspects of an exclusively specific court that can lead to the execution of the final arbitral award in a dispute related to a public transaction since its founding, and rendering it as if it never existed.
