This research article aims to study the issue of compatibility of national texts in Algeria with international texs when regulating children’s rights and protection guarantees by explaining how the Algerian legislator adopted the principle of the best interest of the child and how it dealt with his right of lineage and guarantees in the event of deprivation of this freedom? it is clear to us that this is a matter of relativity regulated by the rules of public order and good morals.
