Achieved and is still investigating in several cases of legal proof by modern scientific means in the field of engaging in criminal judicial research to reach the truth and get it out of its contents on the crime scene, where it has become very easy to dismantle the codes of crimes very quickly, especially when criminal evidence uses genetic imprint, but on the other hand, the role of proof of genetic conformity faces some practical problems, which are represented in what the legislator decides as the principle of personal conviction, according to which the judge is granted the freedom to choose from among traditional and scientific evidence what he deems a basis on which to build the operative part of his judgment, or its applications affecting personal freedom and genetic privacy, or problems stemming from the genetic fingerprint itself, such as changes in samples subject to genetic testing, or human action such as the expert or his assistants negligently or deliberately, and despite which hinders the path of genetic evidence from practical problems, it would not have stood in the way of comparative legislation to recognize it as evidence due to its effectiveness in proof compared to others, and then came many provisions that determine the principle of legal proof by genetic print and lay the foundations of its legitimacy.
