This study aimed to identify the relationship between the physical condition and the motivation of athletic achievement among female volleyball players.

to achieve this, the study was conducted on a sample of (64).

the physical condition description test designed by Allawi (1998) was used, and the measure of athletic achievement motivation designed by Jules (1982) and the arabization of Allawi (1998) to collect data, and to analyze the results, the statistical packages program (SPSS) was used.

the results of the study showed that there is no statistically significant relationship between the physical condition and the motivation of the athletic achievement of female volleyball players.
