Abstract EN

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Last of the Prophets and Messengers.

As follows: this research is an inductive, analytical and critical study of the places in which Ibn Qudamah, may Allah have mercy on him, recounted in his book Rawdat al-Nazir the Hanafi opinion; this is by showing the validity of what he told about them as it came in their books or not.

The number of fundamentalist issues in it reached fifty-three issues: Ibn Qudamah agreed with the Hanafi opinion in twenty-seven issues.

He agreed with their opinion on some parts and disagreed with them on the other, in ten issues.

In some of them, he overlooked the mention of a restriction or condition, or he recounted the saying of the general public in the form of substitution.

And he disagreed with their opinion in sixteen issues.

So he narrated from them what they denied attributing to them in some issues, or in some of them he neglected to mention an influential detail, or he narrated the saying of some in the general form.
