This study addresses the subject of "Sheikh Mubarak al-Mili and his approach to advocacy and reform", by presenting his scientific life, and clarifying the dimensions of his advocacy approach, where the study proved the adoption of sheikh Mubarak al-Mili a method based on far reaching planning, positional balance, and discipline, legitimate, qualitative integration, continuous and constructive communication with other advocacy efforts, and staying away from improvisation, as the study proved the link of the advocacy activity of sheikh Mubarak al-Mili to his scientific activity, interrelated, by virtue of the nature of the stage, and the society in which sheikh Mubarak lived, and the quality of the invitees.
