الاستدلال بسد الذرائع قائم على اعتبار التهمة فيما يغلب فيه الفساد والتهمة المعتبرة هي التهمة القوية لا الضعيفة أو الموهومة، وحتى يستقيم الاستدلال لا بد للمجتهد في باب الذرائع من تقرير التهمة وإثباتها إثباتا مقبولا وتنزيلها تنزيلا صحيحا ومعرفة التهمة له آليات وطرق ومسالك تكشف عنها، كما توجد قوادح ومسقطات لاعتبارها، وترك الاحتجاج بها.
Abstract EN
Inference by blocking pretexts based on the real charge on preventing venality.
the intended charge is the real charge, no weak or delusional charge.
and knowing the charge has ways reveal it.
and it has invalidations that cancel it.
this is until it is understood and applied.
