Abstract EN

Ibn Kamel Pasha (d.940 AH) is considered one of the distinguished scholars in the tenth century; for he is a multi-knowledge scholar with contributions in several sciences including the jurisprudential assets which he wrote his beneficial book (Taghier el-Tankeeh), and when this book characterized by a brilliant scientific critical nature, and when were the aspects of jurisprudential personality of ibn Kamel Pasha absent from the scientific field, this research came with the aim of highlighting one of these aspects which is the jurisprudence criticism of him.

it was achieve through this research that ibn Kamel Pasha was one of the jurisprudential who had an obviously critical tendency, for there is hardly an issue in his book without a response or rectification, it also appears that his criticism covered most issues with a brief phrase indicating his scrutiny, and his keenness to provide the reasoning causes for the criticism he mentions.
