Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the landmarks of jurisprudential criticism of ibn al-Arabi in his book Ahkam al-Quran based on the study of jurisprudential issues related to the topic of ‘Ezzakate’.

the article consisted of two issues: the first one was devoted to jurisprudential criticism related to the types, tools and conditions criticizing besides to a biography of the auther.

the second issue dealt with the jurisprudential context of ibn al-Arabi in the matters related to ‘Ezzakate’ in his book Ahkam al-Quran.

the study concluded by diagnosing the factors that contributed to the formation of ibn al-Arabi's critical personality, and the critical context and its implications in matters of ‘Ezzakate’ from the studied book.
