The researcher aimed to demonstrate the impact of the corruption in the Muslims treasury and its irregularity on the jurists’ fatwas, using the inductive and analytical approach.

the research concluded that this variable is really influential in the fatwa; it was found that the jurists change their original doctrines “Madhab” in order to achieve the purpose of Allah from the treasury.

they applied fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules, especially blocking pretexts, approval “Istihsan”, the rule of necessity, and the rule of changing the fatwa with the change of situation and time.

this proves the usual reliability of the jurists and and repeals the suspicion of jurisprudence politicization.
