Abstract EN

The subject of our research studies the graphic character of the legal orders and their semantic dimensions in the Quranic text, and we have crystallized its problem in explaining the extent of the semantic impact that results from the graphic character that dyes the Quranic text legal orders so that it comes out of the mere request to do the commandant to other semantic dimensions that have an impact on the addressee, making him respond to the order with awareness, conviction and desire and without a sense of the harshness and hardship of legitimate orders, and we have addressed the problem in a plan represented in the statement of what is meant by the graphic character and the concept of the legal order, then we were exposed in the applied aspect of some models of legal orders, such as charity to parents from surah al-Isra, and the inheritance of men and women from surah an-Nisa, and writing retribution and fasting from surah al-Baqara, and we have reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the legal orders in the Quranic text are not dry abstract orders, but they have semantic dimensions due to the graphic character with which the Quranic text is dyed.
